Mutton Kaali Mirch (with no onions/tomatoes)

Mutton Kaali Mirch 

A finger licking Mutton starter dish, without onions or tomatoes! Easy to make 
n has a burst of Flavors!

Ingredients:

½ kg mutton( only chaamps/chops n Nalli/bone marrow)
3tbsp Ghee
½ tsp red chilly powder
2 green cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 ½ tbsp coarsely ground Black pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup water
salt

Method:

Heat Ghee in a pressure cooker. Add in the green cardamoms,cloves n 
cinnamon stick  followed by red chilly powder.Now  add the mutton 
chops n salt,sauté on high heat for 5-7 minutes to seal the juices.Cook
 the mutton for another 5 minutes and pour in 1 cup of water.Mix well 
n allow it to pressurize for 3 whistles only, on medium heat.Once done ,
open the lid post 10 minutes n place the cooker on the gas again.We now
 have to dry the gravy so tht it sticks to the mutton,to thicken it pour in
 the lemon juice n half of the black pepper.Mix it with the mutton well.
Once the gravy reduces to more than half,take it off gas and mix in the
 rest of the balck pepper.Finger licking mutton is ready!!
