Eggless 6min Apple Cinammon Carrot Cake

Apple Cinammon Carrot Cake

Another super quick n yummy cake ready in 6 minutes only!!

Ingredients:

½ medium sized  Apple (chopped into very small pieces)

1 small carrot (grated)

1 Cup nestle dahi
1/2 cup oil + 2 tbsp more

1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup  brown sugar or normal sugar
1 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp soda bi carb
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp Cadbury cocoa powder

Recipe:

Place the grated apple and carrot in a small micro proof bowl,sprinkle some brown sugar over it and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute (This is done so that the carrot and apple become a bit mushy).

Remove and keep this aside.

Sieve the dry powders together and keep aside too. Now in a separate bowl Mix together sugar, dahi , vanilla essence,cinnamon powder n oil ,till sugar dissolves.Add in the apple and carrot mix. Now to this mixture add in the Sieved Dry mix(maida,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa) slowly with spatula or a slow beater. 

Grease a Borosil bowl with butter/oil , Pour the mixute and Cook in the microwave for exactly 6minutes.Once 6minutes are over take the cake  out and let it  cool for 10 minutes.Yummy cake is ready, Enjoy!!
