Saw her cooking this on a tv channel n i loved the whole idea of this simple yet
delicious dish,made a few changes though!
Ingredients:
2
Chicken Chops appx 200 gms each
1 cup
thick curd
1 pod
chopped garlic
1 onion
(paste)
1 tsp
red chilly powder
Juice
of half lemon
Salt
2 tsp
Butter
½ tsp
ketchup
Freshly
ground:
--------------------
1
cinnamon stick
2 green
cardamoms
1 tbsp
black pepper
4
cloves
Method:
Make a
few slits in the chicken chops n marinade it with all the above
ingredients.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.Heat Butter in a Flat Pan & place
the marinated
chicken along with the entire masala.After
5 minutes add
in ½ cup water n cover n cook.Turn sides after a few
minutes,add ½ cup
more water if needed.At the end add ½ tsp ketchup ,mix n take
off heat.
Garnish with black pepper n salad!!A finger licking Dish!
Note:
This recipe can be made without butter.Additions made from my
side are Butter,red chilly
powder n ketchup.
